Residential Efficiency Scorecard Assessment

Australian’s with energy efficient homes can expect to gain higher asset values, lower operating costs, and lower interest rates – adding tens of thousands in value.
-
Research shows people are prepared to pay a premium for energy efficient homes, attracting a 5-10% higher price at sale compared to others on the market. That’s a potential increase in sale price of about $40,000 to $70,000
-
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better… homes with an energy star rating of 7 (or more) are eligible for a 0.4% interest rate reduction – equivalent to about $2,700 per year
Thermal Camera Inspection

Inspecting your home using a thermal imaging camera can locate building defects such as missing insulation, air leaks and condensation problems. A Thermal Camera Inspection is very useful tool when aiming to make your home as energy efficient as possible.
One of our energy efficiency assessors will visit your home and conduct a thorough inspection of the building fabric using a Flir E5 Thermal Camera. They will take infrared thermal photos of any problem areas and discuss with you what was identified and how it can be improved, as well as other energy efficiency advice specific to your home. At the end of the assessment you will receive a report with infrared thermal images.
Home Energy Rating Assessments (NatHERS)

If you are looking to design the ultimate environmentally sustainable home, are renovating, or need to ensure you can demonstrate compliance with the performance regulations on your building permit, NatHERS is for you.
Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) assessments are used to demonstrate building permit compliance with performance regulations, where a mandatory 6 Star energy efficiency minimum score is required
